Hovercore is a fast-paced hoverboard racing game set in a neon-soaked cyberpunk metropolis inspired by Blade Runner 2049 and Tron: Uprising. The game emphasizes high-speed movement, stunt-based mechanics, and immersive atmosphere through low-poly textures and dynamic lighting. I contributed significantly to the visual direction, designing custom environmental assets such as textured buildings, futuristic street props, and the stylized retro title screen. The game’s aesthetic is elevated by original breakcore-inspired music and synthesized sound effects to reinforce its retro-futuristic tone. The resulting experience blends nostalgic design with modern gameplay loops focused on style, speed, and player expression.
